Please read these Terms carefully before using the services of SKY Consulting & Strategies. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

2. Services

We provide digital marketing services including Performance Marketing, Meta Advertising, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Automation. Scope and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information required for service delivery
Grant timely access to ad accounts, analytics, and platforms
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Ensure provided content does not infringe third-party rights
Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work commences
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may result in work being paused
Ad spend paid to platforms (Meta, Google) is separate from our fees

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver agreed services due to circumstances on our end, a pro-rated refund may be issued. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable by us.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, creative assets produced for your project become your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing. Proprietary tools and templates remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required to deliver services or by law.

8. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, ROI, leads, or revenue. Any projections are illustrative only.

9. Limitation of Liability

SKY Consulting & Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees for completed work become immediately due. We will return all your assets within 14 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under applicable Indian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
